Do you provide the alcohol?

We are a staffing-only service, which means we do not provide or sell alcohol. This allows you to purchase exactly what you like at retail prices! We are happy to provide a shopping list or advice on quantities to ensure you're fully stocked for your guest count.

What areas of Ontario do you cover?

We service all of Ontario! While we are based in Nestleton, Ontario, with our team of over 200 we are able to staff all events locally. Our team is always happy to travel to your venue, backyard, or corporate space, wherever the party is happening!

How many staff members do I need for my event?

This depends on your guest count and the type of service you are looking for. As a general rule, we recommend one bartender for every 50-75 guests to keep lines short. For servers and waitstaff, we recommend one staff for every 25-50 guests to keep service efficient and smooth. Once you reach out with your event details, I will personally help you determine the perfect number of staff for your event.

Do your bartenders bring their own tools?

Yes! Our bartenders arrive with their own professional bar kits (shakers, strainers, corkscrew, etc.). You just provide the bar space, alcohol and mixers, ice, and glassware, and we will handle the rest.

Are you staff certified?

Absolutely. All of our bartenders are fully certified and trained in responsible alcohol service to ensure your event is safe, legal, and fun for everyone.

What does 'General Event Help' actually include?

Anything that takes the pressure off you! This can include setting up decor, greeting guests, replenishing snacks tables, clearing away plates, or helping with the final pack-up at the end of the night. If you need an extra set of hands, we're there!

How far in advance should I book?

Popular dates (especially Saturdays in the summer) fill up fast! We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and venue secured to ensure we can reserve a team for you. However, since we have such a large team we are able to accomodate last minute bookings as well.

What is your cleanup process?

We dont just walk out when the bar closes. Our team stays to organize all empties, seal and pack away unused alcohol, and ensure the bar and service areas are wiped down and spotless.
